  • How does the hiring process work?
    *For Employers Once a Talent Request form is filled out, one of our Talent Acquisition specialists will reach out directly to gather more information about your organization, role, and needs. After the role parameters have been defined, we will tap into our talent network as well as screen and interview new candidates that meet the roles requirements. The candidate is then presented to the hiring team for review to continue the hiring process either with our team or internally. If a candidate is selected, we will onboard the new hire or transition them for permanent placement. *For Job Seekers If a position matching a candidate profile is available, our team will review the candidate's qualifications and set up an initial phone screen. If the candidate is deemed a good fit, the candidate will then move through the interview process.
  • What is a W-2 Employee
    A W-2 employee refers to an individual employed by a company for a designated period, without being added as a full time employee of the company. Typically, contracts through PRCO Services last for around six months.
  • Are there any costs associated with getting started?
    No, You can request talent or sign up for our talent network completely free of charge. There may be fees associated with direct placement candidates, any fees will be discussed and agreed upon before a candidate is placed.
  • How are your prices structured?
    PRCO Services operates on a flat fee model for each contractor. All pricing and terms are agreed upon before the hiring process begins.
  • Who does the W-2 employee technically work for?
    A W-2 employee is formally employed by the staffing agency, in this case, PRCO Services. PRCO Services handles the employees benefits, HR, and Payroll. Even though the worker is employed by PRCO Services, you will be working for the client and will be directed and supervised by the client's management team.
  • Can my contract suddenly end?
    Yes, it is possible. PRCO Services adheres to an employment-at-will policy. This means both the Talent and the company have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Upon departure, Talent are required to return all materials belonging to PRCO Services or the client, such as supplies, documents, data, records, keys, and access cards.
  • Can I transition to a full time position?
    Yes! Often contract roles convert to full time positions.
  • Is a W-2 worker eligible for benefits?
    Yes, After 30 days the benefits listed below are available. 401k plans are available after 90 days for 12 month or longer contracts. PRCO Services currently offers health benefits in 38 states and Washington, DC, excluding Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming. PRCO Services health benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA and FSA health plans, as well as Life and disability coverage.
